Lots of people ask what kind of foods the knives will cut. I can often be seen at events demonstrating how easily they cut through cheese. But inevitably someone always wants to know if they will cut everything to make their dinner.
So I tried it, the other night I made steak and veg. Preparing all of the vegetables using one of my knives and then even eating the meal with it. No problem at all.
I've made a short video for you to see how versatile the knives can be. All of the woods I use in the blades are extremely hard. However cutting wetter foods and repeated washing may cause the wood to 'fur'. If this happens, simply give it a light sand and oil.... or bring it to me at an event and I'll do it for you.
